Valued Volunteers - Dani Rutz

After leaving Council Bluffs for the University of Northern Iowa, Dani returned back to the Omaha-metro area to pursue her MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). While pursuing her degree, she got involved with UNO's Volunteer Program Assessment center, where she worked as an Senior Analyst providing quantitative and qualitative feedback to nonprofit organizations from the perspective of their volunteers. Although her husband and mini-zoo, keep her quite busy, Dani continues to support her community through service.

With a passion for improving nonprofit organizational outcomes, Dani serves as a Volunteer Consultant for the ThriVinci Consulting Group. We are grateful she continues to choose our organization as an avenue for making a difference in the lives of others.
