Provided training session to board of directors entitled, "Working with Young Professionals in the Nonprofit Industry."

Avenue Scholars

Lead presentations on importance of digital collaboration in effective organizational outcomes. 

Heartland Family Service

Assisted in the agency's evaluation of its programs by providing volunteers to follow up with clients, via telephone interview, to complete agency evaluations, obtain collateral contact information for clients, update client consent and demographic information, coordinate with program staff as needed, and enter survey data.

Nevada Free Taxes Coalition

Conducted job analysis to identify required attributes for NFTC Board of Directors. Conducted gap analysis to capture an adequate assessment of the current state. 

On Your Feet Foundation

Conducted job analysis to develop job descriptions for On Your Feet Foundation Board of Directors and Auxillary Board Members. Additionally, evaluated the current commitee structure to supplement job descriptions.

Omaha Area Youth Orchestras

Conducted an organizational audit of staffing resources through job analysis, gap analysis, and assessment of OAYO stakeholders. Approved proposals include an implementation strategy, appropriate training, and an retrospective process to ensure project success.

Sammy's Superheroes Foundation

Worked to increase brand awareness, build an Omaha/Lincoln volunteer base, retain volunteer base, and establish a reporting environment for both current and future data needs.

Society of Saint Vincent de Paul

Facilitated SVDP’s Board of Directors strategic planning retreat to help identifying the organization’s purpose, brand, and culture, which strengthened organizational identity and the overall development and implementation of a novel strategic plan.

Veteran Outdoor Adventures

Worked to increase brand awareness to build a donor base along with conducting an operational analysis to ensure future financial sustainability.

Westside CAPS

Faciliated situaional leadership training centered around the appreciation of individual unique strengths in effective collaboration and management.
